Hi friends! I hope everyone is doing well today. For me it has been a long but productive week. I am happy to say we have over 700 members on the Between Health and Wealth Avenues faceboook page - in 4 days! Wow! Thank you all! That's amazing. I have made some great new friends, am learning a lot and am more inspired and motivated with each passing day so keep sharing and spread the word about our little community! I found this graphic today and it pretty much sums up exactly what I wanted to write about. Don't you love when that happens?
What I really want to focus on is digging deep and using whatever you have inside to take the next healthy step. If you're angry at your illness - fine, be angry. Use it to make a proactive and productive decision instead of self sabotaging. If your hurt that's okay too. Acknowledge it, Breath in light and love, breath out the pain (my brother taught me that). Breath until you focus on something else. If you are lonely - that's alright. We're all lonely with disease. It's so personal. You can work to keep it at bay by sharing it with friends and confidants. You can reach out to me or to the Between Health & Wealth Avenues facebook community. We are there to support each other. Encourage yourself. If you struggle to do this then ENCOURAGE OTHERS! It helps. Trust me. Inch by inch get through the difficulties and step by step walk towards a brighter, healthier, more bountiful future. Day by Day. Day by Day. You got this - with a little help from your friends!
