Tell Someone you love them today! And other words of wisdom

Deepak Chopra, #inspiration #DeepakChopra, #quotes

Hi friends. So I just finished watching Logan McCulloch's newest YouTube video and am a bit emotional. For those of you who don't know Logan is a Lyme warrior and advocate who took on the immense challenge of hiking the entire Appalachian trial in order to raise awareness for Lyme Disease and the atrocious conditions that we in the U.S. are living and battling with this illness. He has 300 miles left to go. He is a true inspiration and this blogger is happy to report I will be talking to Logan tonight on the phone and interviewing him for my blog so this won't be the last you hear of him from me. Sadly Logan just lost a close friend to Leukemia and as I am preparing for this interview I have been doing some research and watching his videos of course so I watched today's and it's moving and sad at times but mostly it's reassuring. He reminds us all to do something so simple - TELL SOMEONE YOU LOVE THEM TODAY - DON'T WAIT!

Well he said it. I don't know if I could ever hope to offer any better advice then that. I know I have friends and family reading this across the globe. I know that many of you are battling Lyme or are watching a loved one battle. I know that we have a long way to go as individuals and nations and as a world Lyme community. It doesn't feel like progress some days - I get that. But the world is waking up - and I don't just mean in terms of Lyme disease though that is part of it. There is a palpable sense of awakening happening and the more involved I get with advocacy and awareness the more I feel this is so. That's powerful. It's a pretty amazing time to be a human being. We have so much to overcome but our potential far outweighs our pitfalls. That I truly believe. I encourage everyone to reach out today. If you're old enough you may remember the old AT&T commercials (I think it was AT&T) that said "Reach out and touch someone". Well that's pretty much what I want you to do today - you don't need to do it literally - you can keep your hands to yourself! LOL But on an emotional level I hope you do this today. It really doesn't matter if you're in a hospital bed or a high rise you have the power to make someone feel loved. This is huge. It is bigger then words. It's bigger then blogging. (I know - maybe I'm getting carried away ; )...). That's all you need to do today and the best part is even if you're at your wits end, in pain, suffering, sick, sad you can do this one thing. You can do it once, or many times. And it puts something great out into the world - something real. Maybe not tangible, but real just the same. And while you're at it would you do me a favor please.

Go look in the mirror and say " I love you" aloud as well. You need to love yourself! Consider it a message from Audrey at Health and Wealth Avenues. If I could visit each and every one of you today and say this I would. We all need to hear it that's for sure. But I am going to ask you to be my representative OK? Look yourself straight in the eye and say " I LOVE YOU!" - say it a few time if you want. I promise to do this myself also. No need to laugh - there's really nothing funny about it. Loving yourself, and loving others. If we can't mobilize the masses on this type of movement then what are we all doing here in the 1st place.

Reach out and touch someone. Say I Love you. Don't wait. Put some positive energy and healing thoughts out into the world today and let me know how you feel after this. They say laughter is the best medicine - I think it's the second best. Nothing comes close to Love.

Thank you for your support and kindness, and love as always my friends. I am so happy to have you here Between Health & Wealth Avenues and hope to see you back here tomorrow. Until then I got nuthin' but Love for you! Peace, Audrey
